Since 2022, I have been pursuing my engineering education in the fields of Industrial Engineering and Computer Programming at Marmara University (GPA: 3.42). During my university studies, I served as Project Manager in our AI supported UAV/UGV Autonomous Patrol Systems project, developed by a team of students from Boğaziçi University, ITU, YTU, and Marmara University, with advisors from ASELSAN, BAYKAR, and the Ministry of Trade. I played an active role in all phases of the project, from feasibility studies to project planning, resource, time, cost, and team management. I completed an Information Technologies internship at ANKAGEO. During my time at Hilton in the USA, I elevated my English proficiency to native level. I also gained significant experience in Lean Six Sigma, SEO, web development, MS Office, and corporate relations through roles at ESTIEM, Upwork, and İSTON. I have project and internship experience in C, C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript (React.js, Node.js), SQL, Unity/VR, MATLAB, ERP, MRP.

What I do

Project Management

I manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to execution. I ensure timely delivery by setting clear timelines, managing stakeholders, and tracking progress using Agile and waterfall methods.Tools I use: Trello, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Notion.

Business Development

I identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support market expansion through data-driven analysis and client engagement. My focus is on creating long-term value for the business.Tools I use: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Notion.

Sales & Marketing

I craft marketing strategies, generate leads, and support sales efforts by analyzing market trends and customer behavior. I aim to drive brand awareness and revenue through multi-channel campaigns.Tools I use: Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive).

Skills

-Advanced- (Project Management,Jira,Trello,SAP,Planning Processes) : I learnt those thanks to the trainings we received from Boğaziçi and METU Technopark and by doing practical applications with our project, I gained important experiences in these fields.

-Advanced- (C, C++, C#, Java, Python Programming Languages, Unity and VR Programming, MATLAB) : I took basic courses at university.I successfully completed the projects given in these courses. I developed a VR Simulation application using Unity and C#. I reinforced my experience with internships.

-Intermediate- (SQL, MSSQL, MySQL Database Systems, ERP, ETL) : I took the courses at university and reinforced them with the projects given. The projects that were most effective in my learning were the Inventory Management System I developed over MSSQL and the projects in my internships.

-Advanced- (Microsoft Office Softwares Excel,MRP, Accounting Softwares) : I experienced these applications and developed related projects during my interships and ISTON. (+4 years)

TÜBİTAK – Autonomous Patrol Systems

Project Manager & Business Developer

The project, which we have created with the cooperation of Boğaziçi, İTÜ, YTU and Marmara University students and with the support of ASELSAN, BAYKAR and consultants and mentors from the Ministry of Trade, is an artificial intelligencesupported autonomous drone (UAV/IKA) system that can scan and detect 7/24 in regions and borders with important security. In this project, I gained experience in feasibility studies, project planning, resource, time, cost and team management.
